Can I still play at Party Poker?

Along with our series of covering each online poker room comes the biggest room of them all, Party Poker.  Many US Poker Players are asking themselves, “Can I still play poker at Party Poker after the new United States (US) Legislation is passed?“  The sad answer to this question is NO.  Not for real money, that is.  Partypoker is still accepting US players for play money tables but they will not allow for any transfer of funds from United States players.
